Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 6 Radiotherapist to join our client’s team in the West Midlands, Birmingham area. The role requires delivering radiotherapy with Varian equipment and maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety and precision in treatment delivery.

Start ASAP on an ongoing contract, with a Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 schedule and a rate of £25–£26 per hour. HCPC registration and Varian experience are essential, along with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience with Varian equipment is essential.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver radiotherapy treatments with accurate dose delivery.
• Operate and maintain Varian equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals; document procedures thoroughly.
