Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 7 Radiotherapy professional in Leicestershire to deliver high-quality radiotherapy services. The role requires experience with Varian systems, strong safety practices, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary team.

You will plan and deliver treatments, ensure accurate dose delivery, and maintain detailed patient records while upholding safety standards. This is a full-time, ongoing contract with a Monday–Friday 37.5-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Degree in Radiotherapy or equivalent.
• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience with Varian systems preferred.
• Strong radiation safety knowledge and practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver radiotherapy treatments with precision.
• Operate and maintain Varian and Aria equipment.
• Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols.
• Prepare patients, monitor during treatment, and maintain records.
