Client Server Limited is seeking a Backend Software Engineer / Developer skilled in Python and ML to join a remote-enabled UK team. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deploy models into production and contribute to scalable insurance tech projects.

The role emphasises working with AWS, modern software practices, and opportunities to mentor juniors in a friendly international team. Flexible UK-wide remote work is available.

Qualifications

• You are a data savvy Backend Software Engineer with advanced Python coding skills.
• Experience across the full lifecycle of ML model development including into production.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and modern software engineering practices (microservices, TDD/DDD).
• Familiarity with Databricks, PostgreSQL, Amazon RedShift or MLflow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to productionize ML models.
• Implement ML algorithms into production systems.
• Contribute to design reviews and engineering best practices.
