The role sits in Technology Strategy & Architecture, collaborating with architects, engineering teams and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver the right business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain Security Clearance.
• Significant experience as a BA in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud or technology transformation programmes.
• Capture, analyse and document requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions; gather requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC and techno-change lifecycles.
• Support prioritisation, sprint planning, roadmaps and governance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across audiences.
• Produce high-quality BA artefacts (process maps, use cases, docs).
• Desirable: BCS/ISEB/IIBA certification; experience in regulated sectors.

Senior Business Analyst (Infrastructure)

London | Hybrid | Security Cleared

Senior Business Analyst required for a globally recognised organisation based in London to support a large-scale technology modernisation and infrastructure transformation programme. This role will sit within a well-established Technology Strategy & Architecture function, working closely with architects, engineering teams and senior stakeholders to ensure technology solutions deliver the right business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in complex infrastructure and technology transformation projects, helping to shape requirements, drive delivery and support strategic change across a large enterprise environment.

Key Duties and Experience for the Senior Business Analyst to include:

• Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain Security Clearance.
• Significant experience working as a Business Analyst within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience delivering infrastructure, cloud or technology transformation programmes.
• Capture, analyse and document business and technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions and requirements gathering activities.
• Ability to work closely with architects, engineers, project teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC and technology change lifecycles.
• Experience supporting prioritisation, sprint planning, delivery roadmaps and governance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience producing high-quality business analysis artefacts including process maps, requirements, use cases and business process documentation.
• BCS, ISEB, IIBA or equivalent Business Analysis certification desirable.
• Experience within Financial Services, Government, Regulatory or other highly regulated environments beneficial.

Business Analysis experience in some or all of the following areas:

• Infrastructure Modernisation, Technology Transformation and Technical Debt Reduction.
• Microsoft Azure, Cloud Adoption and Hybrid Infrastructure environments.
• Networks, Datacentres, Compute, Storage, Virtualisation and End User Technology.
• Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Operational Resilience.
• Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Business Process Modelling (BPMN), Data Analysis, Data Migration and Systems Integration.
