Yolk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior B2B Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media across the full customer journey for mid‑market to enterprise customers. You will drive acquisition, adoption, engagement and revenue growth with a hands‑on yet strategic approach.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Data teams, and a track record of delivering measurable growth in B2B SaaS.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally for mid-market to enterprise customers.
• Highly analytical, data-driven marketer with a proven growth track record.
• Experience across paid search, paid social, display and programmatic channels.
• Ability to develop long-term strategy while executing hands-on optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full‑funnel paid media strategies across search, social, display and programmatic channels.
• Own day‑to‑day management and optimization of paid campaigns across the full funnel.
• Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta, plus display/programmatic.
• Lead testing and optimization of ad creative, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages.
• Develop advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Monitor performance and make data‑driven decisions to maximize results.
