Job summary

Marcura invites a senior product leader to own the corporate experience and B2B payments end-to-end, shaping how corporates transact, how the platform scales, and how revenue is generated. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes with senior leadership.

In this role you will partner with engineering, risk, and treasury to deliver a resilient, scalable platform, improve payment performance, and expand ERP integrations across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle while maintaining strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical thinking and systems design.
5+ years total product management experience.
3+ years owning B2B payments or treasury products in fintech.
Experience with payment rails and ERP integrations.
Proven track record shipping regulated products at scale.
Experience operating in cross-functional product teams.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, economics and execution of corporate experience and B2B payments end-to-end.
Set product direction, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, treasury, and operations.
Work with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable platform.
Improve payment performance, FX, settlement and onboarding.
Own production outcomes and incident response.
Act as trusted reference across the company on corporate payments.
