Treatwell in London is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive core B2B growth across 14 countries, blending strategy, data and hands-on execution as an individual contributor.

You will test new B2B channels beyond performance marketing, partner with executive teams, and deliver high-impact projects with a structured, scrappy mindset while keeping English fluency as a must. This role offers visibility across markets and a loop-based approach to scaling partnerships and adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing or growth in tech (mandatory).
• Data-driven with ability to extract insights and drive growth.
• Growth mindset with fast hypothesis testing and delivery.
• Structured yet scrappy in managing complex projects.
• English fluency is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive core B2B growth and launch new acquisition channels across markets.
• Partner with Exec, Data, and Finance to translate insights into action.
• Scale non-programmatic B2B growth loops and cross-functional initiatives.
