Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive core B2B growth and launch new acquisition channels across 14 countries. You will work at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution as an individual contributor with ownership of critical initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B marketing or growth in tech, strong data skills, and a growth mindset. English fluency is mandatory, with дополнительные European language as a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on B2B Marketing or Growth experience in the Tech sector (mandatory).
• Highly data driven with ability to dive into complex datasets to build growth solutions.
• Growth mindset with a knack for testing hypotheses and uncovering incremental channels.
• Execution-focused; a doer who can manage strategic and hands-on work across teams.
• Structured yet scrappy in managing cross-functional projects and testing new tactics.
• English fluency is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive core B2B growth and launch new acquisition channels beyond performance marketing.
• Partner with Exec, Data, and Finance to translate insights into high-impact execution across markets.
• Collaborate with Executive leadership, Data, Finance, Product, and Sales to align growth loops with business goals.
