Job summary

Treatwell in Europe seeks a Head of Marketing & GTM to lead plus 10 marketers across 14 countries, driving B2B and B2C growth. Reporting to the CMO, you will guide growth and GTM execution with data-driven decision making across markets.

You will oversee global channel expansion, cross-functional alignment, and major GTM launches while collaborating with Product teams and regional leads to ensure ROI and scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience in tech (mandatory).
• Marketplace background is a strong plus.
• Strong data-driven and agile execution mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing team's KPIs and ROI.
• Test and scale new growth channels (e.g., referrals, partnerships).
• Lead GTM launches and key campaigns across markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and regional leads.
