Planet Payment Ireland Limited is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales professional to drive new business in Retail, Hospitality and F&B sectors across the UK and Europe. You will build relationships with decision-makers, create compelling business cases, and move opportunities through a structured pipeline.

You will collaborate with Sales Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver growth, build annual plans, and ensure profitable revenue streams.

Qualificações

• Experience in new business B2B sales in Retail, Hospitality or F&B merchant acquiring or related services.
• Ability to engage operations/IT/finance stakeholders and understand retail, hospitality and F&B tech.
• Knowledge of current sales techniques and pipeline development.
• Proven track record in delivering new business targets.
• Experience in an international matrix organization is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead review and segmentation of opportunities in Retail, Hospitality and F&B sectors and build commercial business cases.
• Develop and execute an annual Sales Development plan and nurture a pipeline of opportunities.
• Hit and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual new business targets.
• Maximise revenue opportunities and ensure profitability.
• Manage customer relationships until handed to an Account Manager.
• Respond to customer/partner queries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with supporting departments to resolve issues to a satisfactory standard.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and tenders with accurate documentation.
• Lead on creation and delivery of new business presentations to customers.
• Keep CRM updated with actions, customers and opportunities in line with KPIs.
• Provide information to manager and internal teams in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team and contribute ideas to achieve objectives.
• Promote the company professionally and effectively.
• The ideal candidate will drive new business acquisition across the UK and Europe.
