Qualifications

• Experience engineering and operating enterprise Microsoft cloud platforms including Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Strong experience modernizing enterprise Active Directory as part of a hybrid Microsoft identity platform.
• Advanced automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; IaC and modern cloud practices.
• Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and deliver engineering improvements through automation and modernization.
• Excellent troubleshooting and collaborative, independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve Wellington’s Microsoft cloud platform across Azure, Entra ID, and 365.
• Implement secure, scalable, and resilient platform capabilities for business-critical services.
• Advance cloud governance, identity, security, and access management capabilities.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph, IaC, and native cloud services.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and cross-team platform improvements.
