Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting in London is seeking an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will lead automation, optimization, security, and maintenance of Azure environments while delivering scalable, reliable cloud solutions.

You will collaborate with development teams to design robust CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform and ARM templates, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires SC eligibility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as Azure DevOps Engineer with hands-on Azure services.
• Strong CI/CD and IaC experience across projects.
• SC eligibility with ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure infrastructure projects with CI/CD, monitoring, security, and cloud operations.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable, secure Azure solutions.
• Drive adoption of IaC to improve automation, consistency, and reliability.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Support containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Mentor and support junior DevOps team members.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with Azure services and industry best practices.
• Contribute to cloud security, automation, and operational efficiency.
