Job summary

Intec Select Limited in London is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, drive automation, and shape DevOps practices across a technology-driven organisation.

You will work with infrastructure, software engineering and architecture teams to design, deliver and support scalable, secure cloud solutions in a hybrid London environment. This role offers technical leadership, mentoring responsibilities and opportunities to influence engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Senior DevOps with Azure in production.
• Experience with Azure DevOps Boards and YAML Pipelines.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of DevOps principles, automation and CI/CD.
• Design and maintain Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and templates.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Own technical projects ensuring delivery to standards.
• Collaborate with architects to design robust cloud solutions.
• Review CI/CD changes for quality and consistency.
• Develop self-service capabilities while maintaining governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automation.
• Advise stakeholders on technical approaches and risks.
• Support cloud infrastructure, networking, security and high-availability.
• Maintain documentation and change records.
• On-call involvement for incidents.
