Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to own Azure cloud architecture and engineering across the business, delivering secure, scalable infrastructure in a hybrid Oxfordshire environment (1 day per week in the office).

You will design and build Azure infrastructure, manage VMs, SQL Servers, Web Apps, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, plus IaC using Bicep or Terraform, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft Azure engineering and architecture.
• Designing scalable, secure cloud solutions end-to-end.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep or Terraform).
• Building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
• Cloud automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Security, governance, and compliance within cloud environments.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE
