Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in IT/DevOps roles focusing on cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Experience with secure hosting in sensitive/government settings.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Run and evolve AWS and secure on‑premise environments for high availability.
• Lead L3 production support and 24/7 on‑call activities.
• Ensure security standards and governance compliance across services.
• Build/maintain components like Kafka, Aurora, Redis, Keycloak, and caches.
• Enhance CI/CD tooling and self‑service pipelines for tenant teams.
• Proactively manage tech debt and improve observability and testing.
• Align delivery with roadmap and support scalable, resilient services.
• Support platform deployments, incidents, problems, and ITIL processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow for change/incident/problem tracking.
