Job summary

Capco in London is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with AWS to join our growing Technology & Engineering practice on a hybrid basis. You will design, build, and operate cloud-based data pipelines powering transformations for Tier 1 financial services clients.

You will apply Well-Architected principles, CI/CD, and AI-enabled approaches to deliver scalable, secure solutions, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with multidisciplinary client teams in a fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python/Scala/Java with Big Data tech like Spark/Hadoop.
• Experience building real-time event streaming pipelines (Kafka/Spark Streaming/Kinesis) in AWS.
• Designing Data Lakehouse/Data Warehousing architectures with CI/CD and GDPR governance.
• Knowledgeable in delivering scalable cloud data solutions with responsible AI practices.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end data pipelines using AWS-native services.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver production-grade systems.
• Apply Well-Architected principles, CI/CD, and AI-enabled approaches for scalable, secure solutions.
• Develop robust, tested data engineering solutions with governance.
