Noir in Manchester is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development and maintenance of robust data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services. Qualifications
- Strong AWS proficiency including AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS S3, AWS Redshift and Amazon EMR.
- Proven experience with Python, SQL and PySpark.
- Experience with data lakehouse architectures and data warehousing solutions.
- Knowledge of Pipeline Orchestration and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services.
- Contribute to Cloud migration and implement architectural solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity and provide guidance to Junior Engineers.
- Collaborate with analytics and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
