Delaney & Bourton in Leeds is seeking a senior Cloud Engineer to join a FTSE-listed brand on enterprise-scale cloud initiatives. You will design, build, and optimise AWS environments, driving transformation across multiple markets.

The role focuses on IaC, automation, security governance, and cost efficiency, with hybrid work: 2 days in HQ and 3 days remote. Suitable for DevOps or AWS Cloud Platform Engineers seeking to advance to enterprise-level engagements.

Competenze

Proven experience delivering cloud transformation and migration programmes.
Strong hands-on AWS expertise across core services including EC2, S3, Lambda, containers, and serverless technologies.
Experience building and operating cloud-native solutions at scale.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks including ISO and NIST.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Mansioni

Designing, building, and managing secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud environments
Driving cloud transformation initiatives, migrating legacy platforms to cloud-native solutions
Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and automation tooling
Partnering with Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams to deliver resilient and secure production platforms
Championing cloud best practices, governance, compliance, and operational excellence
Optimising cloud performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across the estate
