Qualifications

• Excellent Kubernetes experience.
• Very proficient with AWS.
• 4 years experience as a Cloud, DevOps or Platform Engineer.
• AWS or Kubernetes certifications are desirable.
• Previous experience mentoring a small cloud/platform team.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Platform Engineering team, defining the vision and roadmap for platform initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Platform Engineering team to deliver against business objectives.
• Mentor engineers in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm and GitOps, ensuring robust engineering standards.
