Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect to join a leading global technology and professional services organisation. This senior leadership role combines deep technical AWS expertise with cloud strategy, governance and executive-level client leadership.

You will define cloud strategies, design secure, scalable solutions and mentor teams, while driving major cloud transformation programmes with tier-1 clients in London and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS solutions.
• AWS Professional or Associate certification, ideally Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong knowledge across cloud, application, data, AI, security and integration architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps and modern cloud-native technologies.
• Strong understanding of IAM, encryption, compliance and cloud security.
• Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant and scalable environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience at senior level.
• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud would be advantageous.
• Ability to meet BPSS and SC security clearance requirements, including 5 years' continuous UK address history at application.

• Support cloud governance, compliance, cost optimisation and operational best practice.
