Job summary

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Avionic Supervisor to lead maintenance activities on aircraft and components. You will ensure airworthiness, supervise a team, and deliver tasks on schedule using approved technical information.

You will apply leadership, maintain competency, and support continuous improvement while managing logging, reporting, and coordination with the maintenance manager to meet programme goals.

Qualifications

• Detailed maintenance, inspection and supervision on aircraft/components.
• Supervise team to meet schedule and elevate issues.
• Develops team through assessment and training processes.
• Maintains task authorisations per AMC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Part 145 related activities and ensure documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and monitor delivery targets.
• Guide team and communicate complex information effectively.
• Maintain currency logs and sign off on logbooks as required.
