Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an experienced Advanced Field Service Engineer - Mechanical to join the EMEAI Aero Technical Support team. You will investigate and resolve technical issues across aviation customers, providing remote and on-site support for mechanical and electro-mechanical products within Honeywell's global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical fields or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years of experience troubleshooting mechanical and electro-mechanical systems on business, commercial, and/or military aircraft.
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Being single point of contact/customer focal of assigned customers for Honeywell Aerospace products and/or system technical issues.
• Provide multi-disciplinary technical expertise (mechanical and avionics) and operational guidance to help customers achieve proficiency in operating and maintaining Honeywell products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, initiating corrective actions to ensure satisfaction with Honeywell products and services.
