Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge is seeking a Senior AV Technician to support events with AV systems, ensuring high-quality setup and service. You will assist the AV Manager and Events team, maintain stock, and help with multimedia broadcasting.

The role requires hands-on equipment knowledge, strong customer service, and teamwork, with training provided for sound desk operation. Excellent communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of technical equipment; training provided to mix a sound desk.
• Customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Service all AV requirements for hotel events.
• Provide technical support to the AV Manager and Events team.
• Ensure equipment is set up neatly and to a high standard.
• Assist with multimedia broadcasting and IT-related inquiries.
• Maintain on-site stock of equipment.
• Operate events as required.

## Senior AV TechnicianApply: Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge: Full time: Posted 6 Days Ago: JR105615Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo Once you’re part of the team, you’re part of the Leonardo community of over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland!What you can expect: • To service all AV requirements as requested by clients through the hotel events team • To offer technical support to the venue's AV Manager and Events team. • Ensuring that all kit is set up neatly and to a high standard. • Assist with support for multi-media broadcasting • Quick response to emergency/ad-hoc requests • Assist where possible with IT related enquiries during supports.
