Job summary

Premier Production Ltd. is seeking an established Technical Audio-Visual Project Manager to join our team in the UK.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of physical build and AV elements, plan requirements, and manage sites, crew and suppliers to meet safety and quality standards. The role requires hands-on live events AV background, budgeting experience, ability to read technical drawings and CAD basics, and the flexibility to travel and work occasional out-of-hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV project management in live events.
• Understanding of AV equipment and setups for live events.
• Experience with budgeting and cost reconciliation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD basics.
• Knowledge of UK/European Health and Safety regulations.
• Ability to travel and work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of all physical build and AV elements.
• Plan AV requirements and kit, manage sites and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits and allocate resources.
• Ensure health and safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor costs and profit margins.
• Resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule.
