Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using leadership to mentor a team toward higher-quality customer care and satisfaction.

You will diagnose, repair to specifications, stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training, and pursue ASE certifications. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Skilled in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Experience with automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Able to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• ASE certifications in A1-A8 preferred; L1 acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brakes and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
