Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a Sr. Partner Integration Manager in London to own relationships with dealer systems and third-party integrators for automotive partnerships. You will bridge Business Development, Engineering and our integrator community, guiding integration paths, handling API changes, and driving self-service documentation.

You will read API specs, diagnose data flows, and influence partner integration strategies while traveling to meet dealer platforms and integrators.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles solving business problems with technology.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data flows and integration troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate across technical and business teams without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD to map partner systems and define integration paths.
• Translate API changes into clear guidance for integrators and teams.
• Work with Engineering on upcoming updates and deprecations.
• Communicate changes to the integrator community with lead time.
• Provide first-line technical support to integrators and escalate when needed.
• Maintain API documentation accuracy and currency.
• Gather integrator questions to improve self-service docs.
• Build durable relationships across BD, Engineering and external ecosystem.
