Job summary
IT Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Automation Operations Manager to lead a growing automation estate within a highly regulated organisation. You will define support models, runbooks and incident management across Power Platform, RPA and Azure-based services.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT operations, app support, or automation leadership.
- 5+ years managing outsourced or MSP teams against SLAs.
- Experience with Power Platform, RPA and workflow platforms.
- ITIL-aligned incident, problem, change and release management.
- Azure or cloud-based services and operational practices.
- Monitoring of platform performance, telemetry, logs and capacity.
- Producing runbooks, support models and performance reporting.
- Managing suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Security, access controls, governance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior escalation point for major incidents and outages.
- Own service performance and ensure effective incident management.
- Oversee change, release, and problem management activities.
- Monitor health, capacity and runbooks; drive improvements.
- Lead root-cause investigations and service improvements.
- Maintain audit evidence and service reporting for governance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
