Job summary
IT Recruitment Solutions is seeking AI Automation Engineers in Brighton, West Sussex for a hands-on role in a regulated organisation undergoing digital transformation. You will design and deliver automation across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem using Power Platform, Power Automate and Copilot to streamline processes.

Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering automation within Microsoft 365 using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
- Building Copilot Agents and ideally working with Copilot Studio.
- Strong Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate.
- Designing workflows, applications and integrations that solve real business problems.
Responsibilities
- Develop automation solutions within Microsoft 365 using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
- Build and deploy Copilot Agents and integrate with Copilot Studio where possible.
- Collaborate with process owners and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and turn them into scalable solutions.
- Contribute to development standards, governance and broader adoption of Power Platform across the organisation.
