Job summary

ACE, in partnership with a leading global Hedge Fund, seeks an Automation Specialist (RPA & AI) to own end-to-end automation across core functions in a London office role. You will design, build, test, deploy, and run automations using UiPath, integrating Gemini/LLM where it adds tangible value and maintains strong controls.

The role demands delivery ownership, rapid decision-making in a high-performance environment, and close collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering automation in financial services or similar high‑risk environments.
• Hands-on UiPath with end-to-end delivery from design to runbook.
• Experience integrating AI/LLMs into workflows with controls and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end automation delivery: intake, process mapping, design, build, test, release and handover.
• Develop production-grade UiPath automations with resilience and monitoring.
• Integrate AI capabilities where they improve outcomes with proper controls.
• Act as product owner for automation backlog, acceptance criteria and benefits tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Treasury and Legal/Compliance to embed controls.
