Job summary
Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd in Newbridge is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Automated Manufacturing to drive performance of Auto Insert machinery and coordinate technical activity across the department. Qualifications
- Strong engineering experience in automated manufacturing environments.
- Experience across mechanical, electrical/electronic and controls systems.
- Track record of improving machine performance, uptime and quality.
Responsibilities
- Drive zero-defect performance across Auto Insert machinery.
- Maximise machinery utilisation while minimising downtime.
- Coordinate technical staff and activity to support daily production needs.
- Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve performance.
- Develop systems and processes for continuous improvement.
- Provide solutions to machinery and systems issues.
- Control budgets and manage critical machine spares.
- Prepare for and contribute to technical and quality meetings.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety and company requirements.
