Job summary

Found Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a highly automated production facility. Role relocates to Wiltshire with a salary of £45,000 - £58,000 and 4 on, 4 off rotating shifts.

You’ll be responsible for fault-finding, maintenance, and continuous improvements across PLC-controlled lines and robotics. The site features high-speed conveyors, vision systems, and automated packaging, requiring proactive engineers who can own faults and drive

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained, time-served or NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
• Experience maintaining automated production or packing equipment.
• Strong fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead fault-finding during breakdowns on PLC-controlled lines and automation equipment.
• Diagnose faults across PLCs, robotics, and process-control systems.
• Perform planned and preventative maintenance and root-cause analysis.
