Job summary

Ata-Recruitment-Ltd in Bristol is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a market-leading, highly automated manufacturing site. You will maintain a wide range of automated production equipment and support continuous improvement within a large engineering team.

You'll have access to extensive OEM, PLC and robotics training, with progression into senior engineering or leadership roles. The role requires a 5 on 5 off days/nights pattern and offers premium overtime benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance engineer in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work a 5 on 5 off days and nights pattern.
• Electrical or Mechanical multi-skilled background required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform fault finding.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Work on 3-phase systems, motors, sensors and control equipment.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects.
• Contribute to safe and efficient site operations.
