Job summary

Found Recruitment Solutions Ltd. seeks a Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a highly automated UK site. The role operates on a 4-on/4-off rotating shift pattern, with relocation to Wiltshire and a salary of £45,000–£58,000 depending on experience.

You will lead electrical and mechanical fault-finding, diagnose PLC, robotics and process-control faults, and perform preventative maintenance. A strong background in CMMS and reliability improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained, time-served or NVQ Level 3 (Electrical/Mechanical/Multiskilled) equivalent.
• Experience maintaining automated production or packing equipment is essential.
• Strong fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and mechanical fault-finding during breakdowns across automated lines.
• Diagnose faults across PLCs, robotics and process-control equipment.
• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance and root-cause analysis.
• Support equipment modifications, installations and improvement projects.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, maintenance schedules and asset history.
• Collaborate with Production to maintain safe, efficient operation.
