Job summary

North Tyneside Care Academy is seeking a committed care professional to support autistic adults and individuals with complex needs. You will model best practice, supervise a team, and participate in induction and continuous training. DBS checks are required for this role.

Applicants should be flexible, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to deputize the Team Leader when needed, contributing to a proactive, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising a team is required.
• Knowledge of Care Quality Commission regulatory framework is desirable.
• Fitness to participate in activities as part of agreed programmes.
• Able to work flexibly to meet people's needs.
• A relevant care qualification or willingness to work towards one.
