Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a Senior Auditor to lead audits across the business from planning to reporting. The role is based at our Stratford-upon-Avon head office with hybrid working, offering up to 80% remote work.

You will partner with teams to assess risk, test controls and deliver high-quality assurance. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, review processes, and drive improvements that support our business strategy.

As a Senior Auditor, you’ll help NFU Mutual understand and manage its risks. You’ll lead audits from planning and programme design through testing and reporting, taking responsibility for quality and delivery to agreed timescales. You’ll review processes and controls, identify opportunities for improvement and communicate your findings clearly. You’ll build trusted relationships with colleagues and business leaders, using evidence-based challenge to agree practical improvements and monitor progress. This role is based at our Tiddington Head Office, near Stratford-upon-Avon. We support hybrid working, with the opportunity to work up to 80% of your hours from home.## About youYou’ll be curious, organised and comfortable asking questions. You’ll have a proven background in General Insurance which is essential to the role. You’ll be able to review detailed information, identify what matters and explain your findings to different audiences.
