Their client portfolio is varied and dynamic, ranging from ambitious SMEs to long-standing corporate entities across multiple sectors. The firm maintains a forward-looking, people-first culture with a strong emphasis on professional development, collaboration, and building lasting client partnerships.

You’ll take the lead on a wide range of audit assignments, from planning through to final reporting, while also coaching junior team members and working closely with other departments such as tax and accounts. • Manage day-to-day client communication and maintain strong working relationships
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff during audit assignments and in the office
  • Review working papers for accuracy, technical compliance, and audit quality
  • Identify potential risks, issues, or areas for improvement and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with tax and accounts teams to deliver a fully integrated client service
  • Stay current with changes in audit regulations, standards, and financial reporting
Experience
  • Previous UK practice experience in an audit role
  • Strong technical understanding of UK auditing and reporting standards (including FRS 102)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, client-focused approach
  • Confident in managing workloads and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Organised, professional, and eager to contribute to a positive team culture
