A Senior Auditor is a seasoned professional who requires minimal supervision and supports the lead auditor in managing less experienced auditors. Your interpersonal skills will be valuable in collaborating with various audit managers and Audit Practice Heads overseeing your projects.

At times, you may be asked to provide context to your audit findings during follow-up reviews to ensure timely implementation of recommendations. Additional related tasks may be assigned by the Head of Internal Audit, Head of Audit Practice, or the overseeing Audit Practice Head.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Examine the effectiveness of risk management, control, governance, and operational efficiency, documenting your work with relevant comments and references.
  2. Communicate effectively with the audit team and management regarding audit findings, recommendations, and associated risks.
  3. Respect management's time through proper preparation and scheduling of meetings, including planning, interviews, and closing sessions.
  4. Ensure management action plans address risks appropriately, collaborating with the lead auditor and Audit Practice Head during final reviews.
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with Heads of Functions and local CEOs.
  6. Enhance team skills through coaching and knowledge transfer among colleagues.
  7. Contribute to administrative tasks supporting the audit department, such as risk assessments, audit planning, and work program preparation.
  8. Present findings at closing meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of audit experience.
  • A proactive, energetic attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 30-40% of the time.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with interviewing techniques and disciplined audit approaches.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office and interest in exploring new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Continuous learning mindset and curiosity about business changes.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CIA, CPA) are a plus.
