Job summary

Insite Finance is seeking an Audit Partner to take over an established portfolio in Central Hertfordshire. You will lead audits for charities, education providers and owner-managed businesses, with a plan for future equity and regional growth.

The role offers a hybrid working model, a clear succession path, and a strong multi-disciplinary leadership team. You will inherit a £1m+ client portfolio from day one and benefit from a profit-sharing structure.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• RI status not essential.
• Strong experience leading charity and owner-managed audits.
• Commercial mindset with proven business development ability.
• Existing network in London or Home Counties is advantageous.
• Collaborative leadership style and passion for developing people.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of an established £1m+ audit portfolio.
• Acting as lead Partner across charities, education providers, owner-managed businesses and growing SMEs.
• Supporting boards, trustees and senior leadership with strategic advice beyond the audit.
• Growing the firm's presence across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire through networking.
• Coaching and mentoring Directors and future Responsible Individuals.
• Driving audit quality while maintaining collaborative culture.
• Working alongside Partners on succession planning and long-term regional growth.
