Qualifications

• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience of managing and developing a client portfolio.
• Experience of coaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Good experience of business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients and support other team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure assignments are completed within agreed budgets.
• Review work prepared by other staff and ensure quality control.
• Maintain firm standards and professional behavior.
• Present work to partners in a complete and finalised format.
• Prepare draft fees in a timely manner for partners.
• Provide proactive service to clients and meet their needs.
