The role requires coordinating with managers and engagement leaders, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining rigorous documentation and quality standards across audit files.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISAs and audit methodology.
• Understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Ability to supervise and coach junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Designs and performs audit procedures aligned with ISAs and firm methodology.
• Delegates work to audit team and provides coaching on findings.
• Maintains high-quality working papers and client documentation.
• Leads audit planning discussions and identifies risks and strategy.
• Communicates effectively with managers and engagement leaders on issues.
