TPF Recruitment in Horsham is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead and develop audit teams, manage audits from planning to completion, and deliver high-quality work within budget. You’ll work closely with Partners to drive client relationships, growth, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Experience as Audit Manager in an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication.
• Proven leadership and team development ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients and act as trusted advisor.
• Plan, oversee and deliver audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Manage audit budgets, timelines and resources to ensure high standards.
• Ensure engagements comply with professional standards and internal methodologies.
• Resolve complex technical audit matters and provide guidance to the team.
• Lead audit planning, review and completion meetings with clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve audit quality and efficiency.
• Ensure timely billing and proactive fee management.
• Maintain AML, KYC and engagement documentation across portfolio.
