Job summary

The Skills Coalition in Leamington Spa is seeking an Audit Senior to join our growing practice. You’ll take charge of SME audits from start to finish, act as the main contact for clients, and prepare audit files and financial statements while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
• Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent).
• Organised, proactive and confident with clients.
• A team player who enjoys helping others develop.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements and guide clients through the process.
• Prepare audit files and draft financial statements.
• Support and mentor trainees while they learn on the job.
• Spot opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships.
• Visit client premises when needed (driving licence required).
