Job summary

RECfinancial is recruiting an Audit Semi Senior / Senior for their Leicester practice. The role involves planning and delivering audits across a client portfolio, mentoring trainees and working closely with the Audit Partner to exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA finalist or part qualified, with strong audit and accounts prep experience, excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset. Hybrid working and generous holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA finalist or part qualified.
• Strong audit experience with accounts prep knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and client-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with networking confidence.
• Commercial mindset with ability to deliver innovative solutions.
• Desire to coach, mentor and develop colleagues; able to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake audit and independent examination assignments on a portfolio of clients.
• Support and develop trainee auditors with their assignments and work closely with the Audit Partner.
• Deliver an excellent level of client service, managing and exceeding client expectations, responding to all requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain up to date technical knowledge and attend all relevant training, conferences and seminars.
• Manage all work efficiently, profitably and in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
