Job summary

The Skills Coalition in Bristol is seeking an Audit Senior to join a growing audit function within a leading UK firm. The role offers hybrid working between office, home, and client sites across Exeter or Bristol, with opportunities to progress to Manager level.

You’ll lead audits from planning to completion under UK GAAP, build client relationships, and mentor junior staff. ACA/ACCA (or part-qualified) and UK driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or part-qualified with a clear pathway to completion).
• Experience managing audit engagements across a varied client base.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the desire to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking team.
• Access to transport and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver audit engagements from planning through to completion under UK GAAP.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring quality service at every stage.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical growth.
• Work across a hybrid environment between the office, home, and client sites, with full flexibility and support.
• Have access to management development programmes and wider business initiatives to support progression to Manager level and beyond.
