Qualifications

• Seven years+ experience in financial services or internal/external audit.
• Experience in Financial Crime is preferable.
• Ability to lead audit assignments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and risk‑assess audit assignments, directing team members.
• Design and perform audit testing across financial crime processes.
• Review audit files and ensure high‑quality working papers.
• Lead discussions of results with stakeholders and document observations.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and mentor junior staff.
