M&G plc is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to join our team in Reading. You will lead audit assignments, assess risks and controls, and report findings to senior management.

The role supports flexible working arrangements and requires strong collaboration with business teams to drive improvements. You will build deep knowledge of financial crime processes and partner with stakeholders to ensure effective governance, risk management and compliant operations across the

Competenze

• Seven+ years in financial services or internal/external audit.
• Experience in Financial Crime preferable.

Mansioni

• Plan and risk assess audits; identify key risks and controls.
• Lead audit testing and review work papers to high standards.
• Present observations to senior stakeholders with clear, evidence-based conclusions.
• Coordinate with auditees, manage time and budget for assignments.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff; provide feedback and development guidance.
