Qualifications

• Qualified practice accountant with ACCA/ACA designation or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of FRS102 and statutory requirements.
• Experience supervising and coaching junior staff on site.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion with high-quality audit work.
• Ensure audit files are well-documented and properly organised.
• Analyze accounting data from client records to provide insights and recommendations.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Plan workloads and deliver client files and audits in line with deadlines and regulatory requirements.
