Job summary

Xeinadin Group is seeking an Audit Senior in Cardiff to lead audits, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality client service. This role requires strong technical audit knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to guide junior staff while maintaining relationships with multiple clients.

The successful candidate will manage planning and execution, supervise documentation, and contribute to providing value-added insights in a professional, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationships.
• UK practice-based audit experience is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and other software.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion with high quality standards.
• Ensure audit files are complete, well organized and properly documented.
• Analyze client accounting data and provide insights and recommendations.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit methodologies.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Mentor junior staff and support team members to deliver timely work.
• Prepare and review accounts, tax filings, PAYE and VAT submissions.
