Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in LOB-aligned technology risk and cybersecurity control leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS security controls and services.
• Translate policy/standards into implementable, testable controls; define evidence requirements.
• Proven experience managing control testing, remediation, and executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, operations, architecture, and risk.

Responsibilities

• LOB cyber risk leadership: primary risk contact for the LOB Applications; govern priorities and routines.
• Control objectives & standards: develop and tailor technical objectives for Security Configuration Management.
• Risk identification & decision support: leverage AI for risk analysis and documentation.
• Control performance metrics: define metrics and dashboards with telemetry and KPIs.
• Evidence, reporting, and audit readiness: synthesize risk evidence and draft executive reports.
• Issue and action-plan leadership: drive remediation with reuse of AI-assisted routines.
• Partnering and challenge: work with engineering/operations to assess control sufficiency.
• Hybrid control governance: govern controls across AWS, data centers, and endpoints.
• Tooling integration into GRC: integrate drift/security tooling with GRC for evidence capture.
• Strategic insights: provide posture assessments and forward-looking risk insights to leadership.
