Conrad Consulting Ltd in Hove, near Brighton, seeks an experienced Associate Structural Engineer to lead projects from design through delivery. You will manage workloads, provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians, and build strong client relationships with architects, contractors and other stakeholders.

The role also involves attending meetings, site visits, and helping to grow the client base across sectors by preparing fee proposals and supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Chartered or near-Chartered Structural Engineer
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience leading projects and managing client relationships (<140 chars)

Responsabilités

• Lead structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Attend client, project and design meetings; supervise site visits.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to fee proposals.
• Mentor and develop junior staff across UK and international teams.
• Review calculations, drawings and reports as part QA process.
